The surrounding mountains enable excellent micro climate preconditions for the vines and the award winning wines. The grapes, created 
with special care & clonal selection, express their fullest potential with remarkable aromas and elegance on on hand and with structure on the other.The harvest starts at the end of August and finishes in mid-October. We take only the best grapes, by hand, and we celebrate that as a moment when the creation of our wines starts again.
